There was the usual reading and walking and coffee last Tuesday but things were alittle different in that I had to be at a meeting in Ashford in the morning. I went by train and had a McDonalds there for lunch before getting back. By the time I was home I was not quite relaxed and rather wasted the evening indulging in Milton Jones and Tim Vine videos (all clean which is a blessing).
