The similar phrase 'Worldly Christianity' is one used by Bonhoeffer. It's J Gresham Machen that I want to line up most closely with. See his Christianity and culture here. Having done commentaries on Proverbs (Heavenly Wisdom) and Song of Songs (Heavenly Love), a matching title for Ecclesiastes would be Heavenly Worldliness. Aberystwyth Conference 2024 Session 3 (Evening 2)
Our third session, the second evening one, again featured a retired pastor (and once again a London Welshman). Mostyn Roberts has recently retired as the pastor of Welwyn Evangelical Church and is now living in Herefordshire. He preached from Luke 4 on Believing in the real Jesus.
