The similar phrase 'Worldly Christianity' is one used by Bonhoeffer. It's J Gresham Machen that I want to line up most closely with. See his Christianity and culture here. Having done commentaries on Proverbs (Heavenly Wisdom) and Song of Songs (Heavenly Love), a matching title for Ecclesiastes would be Heavenly Worldliness. For my stance on worldliness, see 3 posts here.

Interesting link

This is an interesting link here. It is a list of the top 10 scientific hoaxes. Pilt down man is top, of course, but second is the fascinating Sokal Affair, which I knew nothing of. The third is a very sad tale of Austrian Paul Kammerer who seesm to have been a victim of fraud rather than a perpetrator. It suggests that in the scientific community, as elsewhere there are both men of great integrity and mere charlatans. Fraudster Shinichi Fujimara's admission “I was tempted by the Devil” (see 5) is a sad but honest statement. I liked these too.
