The similar phrase 'Worldly Christianity' is one used by Bonhoeffer. It's J Gresham Machen that I want to line up most closely with. See his Christianity and culturehere. Having done commentaries on Proverbs (Heavenly Wisdom) and Song of Songs (Heavenly Love), a matching title for Ecclesiastes would be Heavenly Worldliness. CM 06a Copland
Like much of my intake of classical music I got this via rock - Emerson Lake and Palmer in 1977. Copland produced his fanfare for the common man originally in 1943. Great music, great title.
