The similar phrase 'Worldly Christianity' is one used by Bonhoeffer. It's J Gresham Machen that I want to line up most closely with. See his Christianity and culture here. Having done commentaries on Proverbs (Heavenly Wisdom) and Song of Songs (Heavenly Love), a matching title for Ecclesiastes would be Heavenly Worldliness. Richard Johnson Obelisk


I omitted to mention how we came across the Richard Johnson obelisk in downtown Sydney. It marks the first Christian service on Australian soil February 3, 1788 and the first srmon preached by Johnson on Psalm 116:12 (What shall I render unto the Lord for all his benefits) and the first church, August 25, 1793.
