The similar phrase 'Worldly Christianity' is one used by Bonhoeffer. It's J Gresham Machen that I want to line up most closely with. See his Christianity and culture here. Having done commentaries on Proverbs (Heavenly Wisdom) and Song of Songs (Heavenly Love), a matching title for Ecclesiastes would be Heavenly Worldliness. First Christmas card

We had our first Christmas card today. Rather early I thought (its still November) but someone has to be first. It was from my Uncle John (and his friend Sally) who is now living in Penperlleni I learn.
I thought the back of the card was funny. It reads
WARNING!
Not suitable for children
under 36 months due to small parts
which may present a choking hazard
