The similar phrase 'Worldly Christianity' is one used by Bonhoeffer. It's J Gresham Machen that I want to line up most closely with. See his Christianity and culture here. Having done commentaries on Proverbs (Heavenly Wisdom) and Song of Songs (Heavenly Love), a matching title for Ecclesiastes would be Heavenly Worldliness. Day Off Week 42 2022
Part of my latst day off went at the dentist and doing some banking I needed to get on with. The bulk of the day went on reading a book on Puritan conference which I hope to be discussing with others next week. I also popped into the new Chipotle that has recently opened inWest Hampstead.
