We watched True Story the other day via our PS-4's selection. The film, which came out this year, is very watchable and raises some interesting questions of plausibility and ethics and integrity. It is the film version of a book by journalist Michael Finkel that describes his relationship with Christian Longo who murdered his wife and three children. The Finkel character only just about comes out of this with any integrity at all. I'll say not more for fear of spoiling it for someone.
Bonhoeffer uses a similar phrase 'worldly Christianity'. It's J Gresham Machen that I want to line up most closely with. See his Christianity and culture here. Having done commentaries on Proverbs (Heavenly Wisdom) and Song of Songs (Heavenly Love), a matching title for Ecclesiastes would be Heavenly Worldliness. For my stance on worldliness, see 3 posts here.
