The similar phrase 'Worldly Christianity' is one used by Bonhoeffer. It's J Gresham Machen that I want to line up most closely with. See his Christianity and culture here. Having done commentaries on Proverbs (Heavenly Wisdom) and Song of Songs (Heavenly Love), a matching title for Ecclesiastes would be Heavenly Worldliness. Do you remember Mrs Rupal and daughter Annita? They had one of these chairs.
Glad to help with the mutual nostalgia once again. I'd forgotten they had one. My first sighting was in the old BEC office in St Alban's where Eleri once worked for Rev Alan Gibson.
