The similar phrase 'Worldly Christianity' is one used by Bonhoeffer. It's J Gresham Machen that I want to line up most closely with. See his Christianity and culture here. Having done commentaries on Proverbs (Heavenly Wisdom) and Song of Songs (Heavenly Love), a matching title for Ecclesiastes would be Heavenly Worldliness. After some difficulties getting there, a slim new book is now in the process of being prepared for publication. The publisher is Day One and the subject is the priesthood of all believers. We are thankful to God that this is now happening. We will keep you posted as things progress.
