The similar phrase 'Worldly Christianity' is one used by Bonhoeffer. It's J Gresham Machen that I want to line up most closely with. See his Christianity and culture here. Having done commentaries on Proverbs (Heavenly Wisdom) and Song of Songs (Heavenly Love), a matching title for Ecclesiastes would be Heavenly Worldliness. Truth at all costs or Truth at any cost is the printed version of the Westminster Conference for last year. It contains all six papers. It can be obtained for £7.50. This year's conferences is on Tuesday 3rd and Wednesday 4th December 2013.
